After much consideration, I've concluded that Bleak by Opeth, specifically the live performance presented here, is both the culmination of and the single greatest achievement of all music ever, period. Highlights include the transition between clean and heavy vocals, the many mind-blowing style-ranging riffs, and Mikael Åkerfeldt transcending his mortal state to become something greater than human. Anyone who disagrees with me is welcome to duel me to support their opinion. Fisticuffs at dawn!

Bleak is my favorite Opeth song (next to some other pretty awesome songs!). Because of the lyrics, the beautiful melody (especially the chorus), Mike's voice, the guitars/drums/synthesizer, etc.. <3 Wow.. This live-version is just.. shivers on my back and tears streaming from my eyes.. <3

rmacaballero - While I do agree with you...for the most part. Opeth is definitely one of my top bands. I love everything that is Opeth - each and every song they have every written is just simply a masterpeice. But Bleak is not the best musical achievement of all time...that Title goes to Tool and their work on Lateralus - that album is the greatest one ever recored in the history of ever

I dunno there both pretty elite bands. They're from kinda slightly different genres though, so I find it hard to compare them when it comes to best musical achievement.
