@OxXSKULLXoO You meaning the hanging on hooks? Really nothing. Before a suspension it is advised to stay clean a few days before the suspension. A few minutes after hanging the body is creating endorphins, so you don't need drugs at all. And if you relax the piercings the back isn't a real problem. I do suspensions myself so I know exactly how everything works. Normally hanging 1 hour is not a problem at all. Matt Zane even managed to hang 6 hours on 4 hooks.
