| all i got to say is Celtic Frost came out after Slayer. Venom came out with Slayer so they did not inspire them at all. Motorhead yes, but if you look at their history they liked Judas Priest and Iron Maiden covers. Danzig no but it had some effect on them. Henry Rollins not at all. You need to do some research.lol At least you like Slayer and Celtic Frost. |

| Do my history, hahaaa! I actually went to shows and saw all of these bands in the early/mid 80's! Slayer, Megadeth, Kreator, Voivod, S.O.D, YOU NAME IT. The heavy sound and death element was more influenced by Venom dude. Celtic Frost was known as Hellhammer around 83-83. Rollins(Black Flag) & Danzig(Misfits, Samhain), and the Dead Kennedys led the hardcore punk movement which inspired ALL THRASH! Hahaa, now go back to Lucky Ali dude! |

| Venom first album came out in 81. Slayer's first came out in 83. So Venom had very little influence on Slayer. Celtic Frost was first actice in 84 dumbass. Hellhammer was active in 82. That is not 83 dipshit. Slayer was formed in 81 dumbass. hmmmmmmmm. 81 is later than 82. but of course. Judas Priest and Iron Maiden are Slayer's biggest influence with many hardcore bands such as Minor Threat and TSOL. Motorhead was a huge in creating Slayer. I got a shit more to say Fuck-face. |
