Well, I've only been doinf free running for a year and parkour for 2....so it's a little advanced for me.....mostly the frontflips I meant, I haven't mastered those yet!

Thats because they weren't running at their full speed. But they do seem to hae alot of stamina. I need as much them. I don't really have that much.
