santoriek, your song is good, but I think people will respond negative because hip hop represents the heritage of American cities with lots of black people, if I showed this to some black guy here, he would say "what the fuck is this shit?!" so, voz do 1/2 brooklyn, 1/2 Portugal and rap from Finland or France or Deutschland is the same

I think it's very intresting the mix of hip hop and fado, try some new samples, cos the idea is great, but you could have done it better.

hip hop is not a movement from USA
it's a worlwide movment! and in portugal it represents the low classes and the heritage that the black slaves brought to portugal!

Antes de mais parabéns pela tentativa. Acho que tudo o que significa diversificar a maneira como ouvimos Fado é muito bem vinda. Gostei! Now, encolpius1, so u tell us that America has an heritage? America IS the heritage of Europeans, of Africans, of Asians, of Central and South Americans. If 50-cent used a Fado sample in his next single, he wouldn´t be 50-cent, he would be called Justin Timberlake or Pharrell, coz they are not afraid to try, to broaden music's horizons. Like you are too.

brodening music's horizons is great. I am against the americanization of europe. Hip-hop is the musical expression of black americans. It is not the Voz do Portugal. Portugese are good enough to create their own music and not just be Parrots of America, like the whole world

Will never be another Amalia, a great portuguese ambassador! Aquele timbre fantástico é irrepetível» ( 7.12.2008, in revista Pública )
