u know sherk takes alot of supplements, more than any other UFC fighter, so what happened was a supplement biological mulfunction or something like that..not sure of what am sayin...XD LOL SHerk did not take any steroids..OK!!

Your right he didn´t take any steroids, the reason why he got tested positiv for nandrolone was becouse he takes to much supplements. The amount of nadrolone was little higher then normal, but they couldn´t suspend him for more then 6 months just becouse they couldn´t tell if he really took steroids. They took the belt from him,it was the right thing for UFC to do becouse you cant have higher amount then normal of the steroid nandrolone. It wouldn´t be fair for the other fighters.

But now Sean Sherk is back, i hope he wont get tested positiv again just becouse he takes all those supplements. I think Sean Sherk did a good job in the fight, Bj Penn won the fight just becouse he got the reach advantage. They are both very good fighters, but i will always have Sherk as my favorit in the lightweight division.

I dont hate Bj, i didn´t have that much respect for him after all the shit he´s been talking before the fight. But he did show some respect for Sherk after the fight,about him being the toughest opponent in his career and shook his hand. But i must say all the things i heard before the fight about Bj Penn would submit Sherk in the 1st round,or knock him out. That didn´t happen, Penn had respect for Sherk so the best thing he could do was use his reach advantage.

Bj will be hard to beat now, if he stays in the lightweight division Kenny Florian or Roger Huerta must train extremly hard for the fight later this year. I think Kenny Florian will win the fight against Huerta, so it will be very interesting to see what happens. As for Sean Sherk, he´ll be back soon in the cage, with his brutal takedowns and even show some good stand up.

I think some of the shit BJ was talking was just b/c that's how he is, he wears his heart on his sleeve and he's straightforward, doesn't hold back his feelings .. that can be perceived as being an ass, I agree, but at least you know where he's coming from - tactful or not. I also think a little of the shit talking between the two was obviously to hype up the fight and bring even more popularity to the sport if that's even possible, b/c UFC and MMA are just absolutely blowing up beyond belief.

I think the next completely hyped up fight will be between BJ and GSP - they just have to come to an agreement of weight .. one will have to gain and one will have to lose. Of all the opponents BJ has faced, I think GSP could be one of the toughest ever. The guy has arms and legs like a damn monkey. The scary thiing is, if BJ becomes even more dedicated to his training - if that is possible. I remember people saying he used to look like a hawaiian pillsbury doughboy. Wonder what they say now.

yah true, but his natural ability, his genetics, his size-to-muscle proportion is alot for his height and weight, and his athleticism is incredible, higher than many of the modern MMA athletes..So I bet that his mechanic hormones secrete alot of nandrolone than the above average athletes in the MMA and perhaps a little more than the Elite athletes, and much more than the average person. Yeah i guess your right about that, but if that is the case he might test positiv again unless he knows how to avoid that. But maybe he did something over the ordinarie before his fight against Franca, and now he knows what to take and not. You can always speculate in the matter but we may never find out the reason why he really tested positiv. All that doesn´t matter now, lets forget about that nadrolone thing and hope for a new start for Sherk.

I dont see GSP drop down to 155, but i see Bj gain weight and fight GSP in 170. He want to fight GSP again, i think he got a good chance to win this time. But it all depends on what happens on UFC 87.

B.j. penn is more or less a fighter who really has all the skill in the world,a great fighter and he beat matt hughes when hughes was in his pryme by the way and he moved into the lightweight division to capture the title because thats his original and naturally best weight class,he beat the shit out of shaun sherk and then knocks him out cold,B.j. is a great champion like I said,penn v.s. gsp 2 is a great fight let the better man win if they fight.

BJ Penn may be winning in the Light Weight division, but its not his natural weight class. He dropped down cause he can't compete at the welterweight division. Sean Sherk is still a better fighter at the end of the day win or lose. BJ got lucky Sean was coming off a 1 year suspension.
