Actually shouldnt you rather stop drinking and smoking? It is pointless to heal your lungs with the healing sound if youre to smoke and drinking heavy again... as it will reappear probably very soon again. You should envision changing your way of life too while your at it. The healing sounds will only work better :D

Yep, but it's not a note... In chinese, it's a tone. Almost all words have a tone in chinese. It's a very musical language. :p

You know, you can go to a book store and in the language section they'll probably have a chinese one. I suggest cantonese, because it sounds nicer (to me), but my school has mandarin, so I took that. It's a lot of fun. Careful on the pronunciation though... My classmates still suck at it after 3 months of learning. Mostly we're good though.
