Penn, it doesn't always mean that those who say the H-bomb instead of college just want to feel special. It's also true that, when a conversation about college comes up, most people would ask "where'd you go to college?" When a person replies "Harvard" (cock), the person asking the question feels like the other was being deliberately vague, so they can fish out that question and show off. There doesn't seem to be a middle ground between pride and humility in this case.
