Ya, back a few years ago like maybe 5 or so, idk, but NBC used to do these inspirational messages that were like "Turn off the TV. Your family is the only show you need" and it would end with "The more you know". So, SCRUBS did a spoof on it. I died laughing since it brought back memories XD

Yeah the network (NBC) used to have public service announcements between commercials that would feature stars from their sitcoms giving a weird heart-to-heart with the viewers. It's basically meant to remind you to be a better person and they would speak exactly like JD is here. It's a perfect spoof.
