Col 3:16: Let ... you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. What's your point? Does it say sing only the songs that tonymers likes? How about... 2 Samuel 6:5: David and the whole house of Israel were celebrating with all their might before the LORD, with songs [a] and with harps, lyres, tambourines, sistrums and cymbals. Does it mean that the songs tonymers sings are from satan since David didn't sing them?

In some cultures, it is a sign of respect to burp in the presence of a statue of a saint. Native Americans sometimes depict Jesus as an Eagle. Similarly, Heavy Metal honors God in its own way. God accepts many different ways of worship, everything from flagellation to festivals. A teaching of the Catholic Church is that it is up to each culture to worship God in their own way. Peace.

This song is amazing, the Doom, the progresive and the virtuosity in the guitar solos and the super fucking voice of Fredrik Ohlsson, hey guy excellent post. Its a lame that Veni Domine are underrated. Fall Babylon Fall still how the best disc of them. A true Gem.

Um...compairing music and magic is kind of a weak argument. Magic is make believe weather it be called good or bad. However, music is something tangable. Music is just a vehicle. It can be used for good or bad. Besides, the Bible says give glory to God in ALL things. It did not say in all things "except rock music". Yes, music affects us.....so what? The question is Does it hurt your walk with God or not? If it does, stop listening to it. If not, keep going.

I think the best part of this song is where it goes soft towards the end. How come we dont hear about Ayena anymore?, their another Christian progressive metal band from Sweden. Now that i am into progressive metal more than i use to be, id like to check them out more. Ayena from the two songs ive heard of theirs seem to resemble Kamelot the most.
