There are MANY people that feel America is (and has been for some time) headed in the wrong direction, violating our inherent and inalienable rights, and veering far from its Constitutional limitations.
I urge everyone to post truthful and informative videos with real issues about what is happening to America AND also to include with these videos information on the march on JULY 12th.

[Wrong. The Supremacy Clause in the Constitution is clear and in case after case, federal law preempts state law.] United States Feds Strike out in California. After DEA raids on California legalized medicinal marijuana dispensaries, California took The Feds to Court. Court ruled that California law takes precedence over Federal Law. There is even a county in California that marijuana is completely legal. Finally, some states are growing some stones.

You're making a pointless argument. No court will ever agree that state law is not preempted regarding federal income tax law. The issue was federal tax liens. They're clearly federal liens governed by federal law. I have a much stronger pro-preemption argument notwithstanding federal tax liens. Credit cards are mostly issued from national banks thus making them federal loans. The SCOTUS was clear that these federal loans preempt state usury laws. The Supremacy clause is strong.

[The issue was federal tax liens.] Tax Liens can only be performed against 'federal workers' unless reviewed by court. That is a paragraph that is conveniently excluded in a Notice of Levy when the rest of the statute is included.

You're just another stupid tax denier that refuses to read the statute correctly. Federal Tax Liens apply to every and any individual that is delinquent on their taxes. Even government employees, which is what that clause points out.

That is not necessarily the case. What you seem to ignore is that the people involved 'may' be investing in federally controlled industries. One of the most prevalent of today is the military industrial complex. Guess what? The creation of 'arms' are taxed. what you see that it is a multi-trillion dollar industry, that is a lot of revenue. the term "Income tax" often covers every money coming in to the government, not just the specific 'Subtitle A' tax.

I wouldn't just stop filing. Do you work for someone who already takes money out of your paycheck? In that case, IRS has 'proof' that you owe such and such money based that your pay is 'Income'. That is a willful failure to file charge they can and do win in courts. Can I offer a suggestion and point you to a book, Cracking the Code: The Truth about taxation. It is a very dense read, likely that you will have to read it more then once before the stuff clicks.

Ya my grandmother worked for the IRS for 30+ years and when I asked her about there being no law she smiled and told me that there isn't a law requiring you to file, she also said there was no income tax taken from ones pay check before ww2. The codes were cleverly written by high paid attornies to give the illusion of there being an income tax imposed when really there is not!!

The IRS sent me a letter in which they did not refute my money earning job was not a taxable occupation. The IRS knows exactly what I do and who I work for. CtC filers are still getting refunds today from as far back as three years ago. This is proven by Treasury checks photocopied and placed on the site. Not only are the checks placed on the site, but so are the correspondence with the IRS, with the IRS stating that they thank the person for clearing up the confusion, here is your money.
