Before you try to talk international first travel outside of the Philippines. You're thinking of Jamaica. Not the british virgin islands. This is one of the safest places to live on earth. We haven't had a murder happen here in 2 years now. I live in virgin Gorda with only 3500 people on the island and the water is way moreclearer tahn this.

You should not leave out the "British" next time--BVI has very little crime. The 2007 US Virgin Islands murder rate was 42/100,000, which is 8 times the US national average. Yes, Caribbean water is some of the clearest in the world--I just don't recommend the US Virgin Islands as a place to view it.

what the? contaminated????? boracay is NOT contaminated. and those are seaweeds dumbass. this video doesn't give it much justice.i have been there and the water is clear as hell and the sand is as fine as can be! the virgin islands huh? well we've got a million more beaches in the philippines that are better than the vi. fyi. the philippines is made up of 7000 plus islands so do your research before you make dumb comments like this.

Boracay's water isn't contaminated...besides, the Caribean islands are WAY too typical now a days, when people think of summer or beache(other than Hawaii), it's usually the caribbean.. Pacific Island people are awesome! :D

i think the most expensive now is discover shores...very pretty...been there many times..everything is within reach, so to me it really doesnt matter where you stay..you're out in the beach always anyway...but check out the ones at the beachfront...those not at the beachfront are still just a minute away so no problem..we were there with family last june (fortunately before th typhoon), it still is a great beach.

i already went to boracay...we're @ station 2..some vendors said there's a lot of (filipino)celebreties @ station 1!!and in station 1 ,there's a "grotto"..that's the place where ann curtis and aga mulach's movie "when love begins" shooted!there's a lot of foreigners too...most of them loves to dive in the middle of the beach!
