I wanted to apologize for my slow response to this query. Your note (attached) indicates that you have not received a tax return from me for 2006.
This may be becuase I sent my return to the Commissioner rather than to the branch office. I sent it in early April 2007, but his staff may not have processed it properly.
For your convenience I've attached a copy.
Please visit nwtrcc.org if you would like to know more about peace tax returns and the process of becoming a war tax resister. As you may be aware, tax resisters are people who would rather suffer than pay for torture and other Washington evils. I hear there are a hundred thousand of us this year.

I've always been in favor of some kind of bill that allows them to make a section of the tax returns where you can specifically say your top 5 or 10 (or however many you want) causes or gov't services you want the government to pay for with your tax dollars. Of course, enforcing it would be a bitch, if at all possible, since we all know how much Congress and bureaucracies love to squander our money and talk talk talk about pork but do litle to stop it.

The whole process of having to fill out a stupid gov't form that's complicated and long as fuck just to pay your taxes is silly. To increase expediency and convenience and let you determine how tax you pay, I guess I kind of would support something like a Fair Tax. But, then again, states already have 7% sales taxes, and adding a huge chunk of federal sales taxes about 23% makes tax on food and other things about 30%. The gov't claims that "we'll all get refund checks" for it, but who knows.

You should not do this David. I think this is a bad move. You do much more for freedom by being FREE. Your videos cannot be filmed from prison, and I would imagine the IRS would love to imprison a freedom fighter like yourself. If you stay free, you can make a much bigger impact than being a "martyr" in prison. Your vids could wake more people up than your trial and imprisonment.

Good luck with the tax protest. Hopefully many others will join in. I bet the ranks will swell if the US attacks Iran. And NH and Vermont may get their chance to secede as well. Sad that it may take the deaths of more innocents to get to that point.

You don't know where the IRS collection goes. All the money collected by the IRS goes to pay the debt of the corporation of UNITED STATES. Now of the monies collected by the IRS goes to pay anything in this country.

Instead of fighting a pointless war in iraq, they should coordinate their efforts to defense against the national debt collectors (China), since we can't possibly pay. Also, it's a collective debt, and collectives cannot own property, thus no rights, thus no debts.
