I love everything from Metallica, St.Anger = Worst Album, but St. Anger also = Better than all the stupid rap, pop and even metal shit that is out there today. Metallica are still gods, and thank god for Death Magnetic too. The old stuff was the best though.

I think St.Anger was Metallica's heaviest albums and even though it doesn't sound like any other Metallica album, it's still good. I don't really see why some people don't like it. P.S. 3:17-3:28; best part of the video.

Often I get mixed feelings about this album. Although it exposes the turmoil that they were buried in those years, it still beats other music which gets even worse. I do enjoy the heaviness of the album, it's just the downtuning of guitars, the tone of Hetfields's voice on some songs, and mainly Lars' snare drum.
