I´m sorry, but most of u guys don´t know what your´re talking about. 1st) The birthplace of techno is detroit (Juan Atkins, Cybotron). Of course most of the guys have been influenced by former artists like Kraftwerk, B52s, Manuell Göttsching and many more. 2) House comes from chicago and has been influenced by disco (f.e. Muzique "Keep On Jumping" on Prelude Records). But without guys like Charles Johnson (The Electrifying Mojo) house and techno music wouldn´t be the same today.
