they don't need to be high for that... when your out in the dark you get night vision eyes... the pupils extends to get more lights into the ayes so you can transform a picture in your brain... And he also uses a night vision camera, that means that it doest light out the same light thats come from the sun, then the eyes don't react on the small glimt of light from the camera and then the eyes keep in night vision... There you go, they probably not triping
