Guruji,thank you so very much for this great information! can this meditation be used to project good health? can I visualise another happier, healthier, more content 'me'? should I do this in front of a mirror? will it help? can i do the same for another person? Dear Baba, The theory and practice is great but nobody tells us how long takes a thought to be manifested.After so many years I´m frustrated. What exactly must I do to manifest a burning desire in the shortest possible Time(let´s say 1 month)? Is there any solution? Thank you very much!!

A tomato plant grows from a seed in it's own time. We can help it along by watering it and taking care of it, but there won't be any tomatoes until the plant is ready to produce them. Same with things we want to manifest.
