Time doesnt exist anyways its just something we humans use to keep track of stuff
OK so, moving foward makes 'time' seem to pass faster.
If you could get an object moving up and down rapidly, and fast enough, would 'time' seem to pass slower, maybe even backwards?
Because the light clock's photon would be reflected faster; I hope you can follow that train of thought.
In my mind, the two theories (The proven, and mine) are just opposites.

If at 5 pm I left from work and take me -15 minutes going 480 miles per hours to get home and come back at 4:45 pm.

Myckauly, there's no such thing as "reverse" in movement. If you go really fast to somewhere in space and 100 years goes by, it will take another 100 years for you to get back. And that would be 100 years on earth each time, but only 1 hour for you each time, like it says on the video.
