Can you answer if its better tp play 3 string powerchords with index and pinky barred or should i use crawled index, ring finger and pinky? which one is the more "right" way?

depends which way you feel more comfortable doing, i do it with 3 fingers as it lets you move about more easily and change into other chords far more easily, for example from e minor you couldnt play e major without a huge change in finger position if you were barring frets

You are playing only one chord at a time. The powerchords are still chords though, they just dont have as many notes in them as most of the other chords you can play on the guitar like A-major E-minor and so on.. For example if you press the first fret of the thickest string (E string) and the third fret of the A and D string you get your F-powerchord because the root note (the note on the thickest string that you pres is F), this is also the same chord the guy plays on the video at 0:20

see actually if u play any normal chord, it has 3 or more notes...for eg. G major has G, D and B notes...B is d note which makes it a major chord. if it is changed to A#, thn it'll become A minor chord and so on...so in power chords only two notes r used...so in G power only G and D note is played..
