I agree with everyone else pretty much but you, dimebadhetfield. You think jimi hedrix is shit? the shit, you mean. Technical skill is nothing compared to songwriting and feel, and nearly every great guitarist has cited jimi as an inspiration

the guitarist Ernie Isley told a story once when a young jimi hendrix used to live with him and his brothers.Theyed be eating dinner. They would hear jimi practicing in the other room making all these wierd distorted sounds on his guitar.this sound later evovled to metal. this was in the early 60's. So i belive hendrix was an insperation to all of the great slingers. every one had their own sound like randy rhoads.

Yeah randy was great, Too bad the drummer sucked so bad. Sabbath drummer was in another universe, just WAY better. Sabbath was just tighter more cohesive. And Iommi was tasteful as hell.
