These loans are not LEGAL, sub-prime lenders like this have ruined entire neighborhoods by doing this. The illegals then when faced with job loss, deportation or job interruption can't pay the mortgages they secured on better terms and conditions than ordinary law-abiding citizens, then turn them into illegal alien rooming/boarding houses, thereby lowering property values for the neighborhood.

The loan that this couple has is fixed and at a decent rate. I just called to follow up with them and they are still in their home and doing well. MK

What is obvious is the conspiracy to protect illegal aliens in this country . . the brokers knew they were illegal aliens at the time, and now you tell me, what mortgage company wants to oust them and be left holding a property? The Federal Government has also known all along. We are betrayed. These performances at best make you wonder if illegal aliens actually believe the bullshit they spew. Right. GET OUT OF MY COUNTRY!
