Brock Lesnar can't come into the UFC, fight a guy like Frank Mir and let it go like he did and expect not to get caught. If he had kept the fight on his feet it would have ended in his favor. It was just like most everyone called it, his lack of experience cost him the Win.

Joe Silva is fuckin douscebag! Im sick of these BJJ vs striker/wrestler matchups. 9 outta 10 times the BJJ gets a submission. I knew MIR and NOG were gonna get a submission before they started. Jui Jitsu is very effective but is not worth the money to watch in my opinion.

Sid- As always great job! *Quick note tho. Brock never fought Hong Man Choi... he beat Min Soo Kim. I actually agreed with your main event picks. Gotta admit tho... Brock looked pretty devastating... albeit green. And Tim probably could've finished Nog but he doesn't take too many chances. Nog is... well... Nog. You can beat him to death and he'll still live heh heh. All in all the card was bleh... average. The main events are what held this one together. I think Brock CAN be a force. We'll see.

Good vid Sid, but I gotta say, with some ground training Brock could be a beast, but what I really want your take on is the Tim Boetsch win. Fluke or the makings of something beautiful? He was aggressive, patient, well-conditioned, powerful and pretty damn controlling/fast. Can't believe how nobody is talking about this fight. He gave me one of the main things I want from a fight. Entertainment, which he dealt out in spades. Ragdoll anyone? Your thoughts?

Fedor is more than "pretty good", you don't have a 26-1 record being "pretty good" with your only loss being due to an illegal elbow strike. Randy on the other hand is 16-8 and the matchup against Fedor is not a good one for Randy. He will be at a disadvantage standing and on the ground. Fedor via submission and I don't forsee it being anywhere near as close as people are thinking because styles make fights and this matchup favors Fedor anyway you slice it.

Joel139, Cro Cop was released by the UFC and has signed with "Dream", which is owned by former Pride owners DSE. M1 Global will be taking part in "Dream" so this means Cro Cop vs Fedor II at some point. Also there are a lot of UFC fighters who have contracts ending soon so there is going to be some top caliber fighters leaving the UFC to join DREAM, namely Nog, Werdum, Gonzaga and Arlovski. We will have to wait and see but one thing is certain, the UFC will have competition again.
