The government filed for and got an upward departure on SPJ's sentence. That means that they're going to sentence her to MORE TIME than she would have normally gotten under the federal sentencing guidelines.
Interesting read, that brief. Apparently the judge also agrees that SPJ is a recidivist - and when the judge agrees with that when determining your sentence, well..that's bad for you.
..in jail.
"NO LAW OR FACT SHALL BE TRIED IN COURT"
You can only beat these people by "Accepting the Bill", then "Returning the Bill for Payment" out of your exemption account..connected to your Birth Certificate.
How can anyone PAY a Bill, if there is no MONEY. If you use Fiat Money...that is FRAUD!!
Wesley Snipes got over and beat them at their own game. They wanted to send him to prison but since there IS NO LAW there was little they could DO TO HIM....How silly of you to believe otherwise!
Wake up. Watch America: Freedom to Fascism
STOP hitting the snooze button.
You will go to jail, sure as Wesley Snipes, Willy Nelson and James Brown had trouble.
It is not part of the US government...
It is not part of the US government..."
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Moron.
That's the case where the Courts ruled that the United States and not the IRS is the correct party. It said nothing about the IRS not being part of the US Government.
You wouldn't know the correct citation considering you copied your response directly from a TP website.
