What really upsets me as a Realtor is when I talk to someone who is behind and haven't had a notice of default filed, and the bank won't work with them. You can't believe how many people have told me this. Of course, I don't know if in all cases it's true, I have to believe what my clients tell me, but I had someone tell me the other day that the bank sent back their payment and demanded the full amount of what was owed.

Get over it man! You're one of those idiots that can't look past the color lines. Just pay attention to the message of the video. I'm sure there a ton of black people tired of being portrayed as gangsters, rappers and criminals, or latinos always being portrayed as immigrants, etc.

Sounds like too many people let themselves get scammed by very slick con-artists. As in any business, thieves will find a way to make afast buck. For those already victims, it's too late to help. For those inthe housing market or who will be; GET EDUCATED before trusting ANYONE. If you don't, take a look around and see what awaits. MortgageSelfDefensedotcom

I agree to get educated. This happened to an associate of mine, who trusted the "scam artist." This scammer did the same thing to dozens of people and even though a class action suit was filed against him, he got away with it! The victims ended up paying good money after bad to try to salvage their homes. The scum is still going at it!!! How's that for justice?

People need to educate themselves better. I work as a loan officer, and I am surprised at how people don't think borrowing hundreds of thousands requires some sort of education. There's lots of sites that have plenty of info. Check out tipstoclicks com
