I'm a fan of history, nature, and other things-- not anything that is written in a book (religious texts), telling you what to believe and what is wrong/right. I also think that some people don't realize what Christianity did to this region (Scandinavia), to alot of places really. It was very oppressive to this area though-- Christians (and other religions) told them to give up their pagan beliefs or die for them, in many cases. So you can imagine why some lyrics from these bands are so expressive, even anti-christian/anti-religious. It's about pride land and heritage etc. Mass organized religion is a plague; think for yourself, be yourself.
