He has owned a broad variety of real estate and exercised many different real estate strategies including major renovations, residential, commercial, flips, long term holds, etc.
His interest in real estate, building wealth, and quality of life have led him to become an investment real estate strategist and mortgage banker. Steve's unique approach to the profession differentiates him enormously from the masses of mortgage monkeys out there. Frankly his skill is transformational. Steve's goal is to help average people like you and me get from where we are to where we want to go using real estate as the investment vehicle.
