yea i know what you mean about slipknot but does it have to be proper metal to listen to it? if you only listen to what you think is proper metal its like only being able to be angry and nothing else (i'm not saying metal is angry really lol its just an emotion i picked out) so really it doesnt matter what genre it is because there is good music in every type of music - with a few exeptions that is lol

Trivium is FAR from being posers because 1st off, Trivium's song titles aren't like other song titles if you think about it plus you have 2 guitarists that can shred the heck out of a guitar and one them can sing/scream while doing it too and you dont see many bands do that!
