World Premiere!
Here is the new My Dying Bride video, for the first single "Deeper Down". Taken from their forthcoming album "A line of deathless kings".
The video is about a guy that is so filled with grief and self pity that he sees the world as totally black, even though you get a hint in the beginning of the video that it's summer and all. Then his visions and view of the world takes over. And it just gets darker and darker from there. Is he about to commit suicide or just taking a swim? That's up for you to decide. I have tried working on a subconcious level with a lot of symbolism and metaphors, but still trying to make it somewhat documentary-like and believable. Have a look!

They're just a kickass doom metal band... definitely not cry-baby emos, and more than likely not satanist (since most metal musicians are too intelligent to truly accept any sort of theistic beliefs)

From the MDB website: Aaron Stainthorpe is an atheist. Meaning he renounces any kind of religion or deity/higher being. And I'm sorry but they're "cry-baby" in a way. His lyricsa are very tragic and melodramatic. But anyways. Great band, great vocalist/performer and wonderful compositions.

@ stront555 In the beginning MDB was more like a Death Metal Band. Listen to "As the flowers wither" and you will hear what i mean. MDB changed from a much heavier sound (kinda like Paradise Lost during the Draconian Times Era) to something else. But that mean nothing. The music is still very intense and thats all that counts. :)
