I love that this film focuses on a 9/11 widower and how it shows New York, post-9/11. I think if Charlie's (Adam) family were to die in any other way, it wouldn't be as 'popular'.

One of the best movies ever. I've always loved Adam Sandler, but after seeing this movie, I really really respect him as an actor. The emotion, power, and music (esp. The Who and Pearl Jam) r a few things that make the movie and everyone's performance fantastic.

This was utterly brilliant. I cried almost from start to finish, but the courtroom scene, i had to grab a shirt to weep into or i wouldve disturbed my parents. This moved me in a way i can't explain, my heart ached, for as many movies ive seen him playing a comedic character, he managed to push that aside and delivered a groundbreaking performance. L-O-V-E-D this movie!

When i was starting to watch the movie, i cannot believe Sandler was part of the cast. I used to hate his acting, but after watching this i was shocked. Flawless. I like being surprised like that.
