yes its definately lip-synching. watch shout 97' video and find 1 difference. there is not 1, also at the very end of this video it echos the "Devil,Devil,Devil" just like in the shout 97 video.

I agree, I have the greatest hits album, and this version of SATD is on it, and there is no difference between this "live" version and the one on the cd. But it still rocks!
