Zeppelin's sound changed music forever...there was never anything like them, and hasn't been anything since from a standpoint of "changing music"...and any rock/metal band that has ever made a song or album since them, has gotten their ideas from Led Zeppelin.

There is a bid difference between 80's metal and Led Zeppelin. 80's kicks ass in it's own way that no one can touch, so does Zeppelin. Yes Zeppelin has blues but, they also have many different genres of music that come together with the blues to make them what they are. That is why they are so amazing.
