Ozzy is a brilliant talent but a shitty songwriter that's why he needed composers like Iommi, Rhoads, Lee, and Daisley. And can you imagine if Butler and Daisley weren't around to write lyrics for Ozzy? No I don't want to imagine that either. Like a autistic kindergartener trying to write a poem. But he's a great singer for the genre I do admit that. But "hero" are you kidding me. Even Ozzy would tell you not to see him as your hero. Is he the best role model you got, friend?

I didnt said anithing like i wanna live Ozzy's life. But all what he made, and did him makes me respect. Hes a carismatic man. And can U imagine the people u said without Ozzy? He's the only one who can sing the Paranoid, and a lots of other Sabbath songs. The Other singers singed those terrible. +Randy said Ozzy made him so cool on the stage, he inspirated him.

yeah Ozzy isn't that great as a songwriter. I mean he had good ideas for songs such as Suicide Solution which was about his alcohol addiction and it was also about Bon Scott of ACDC who he was friends with who drank himself to death. The problem is Ozzy could never put his idea's into words. As a singer my biggest influences are Ozzy Osbourne, Ronnie James Dio, Ian Gillan, James Hetfield, Amy Lee, Sully Erna, Ronnie Vant Zant, Glenn Hughes, but as a lyricist my influences are RJD and Geezer

Butler would never write paranoid if there wasnt ozzy.he was inspired from him.ozzy was the madman of the band and he wrote the song about him.paranoid is coming from ozzy's soul that's why he's the only one who can sing it.
