how is that possible when blur released country house in august of 1995...when oasis began to record and promote morning glory in March 1995, May--June 1995...maybe damon caught word of it and decided to incorporate it into his song at the last minute?

Blur recorded this song long before The Great Escape was released, even before Oasis had completed, let alone finished Morning Glory. A lot of people still think it was a dig at Oasis, but it's not the case.
