Iron man would win. He has more "weaponry" and is smarter, and would also have much greater capacity for evasion. To those who make points about how strong the Hulk is, it really wouldn't matter if he couldn't hit Iron Man. Size doesn't always matter...

Instead of pointing out that this is obviously not a Iron Man II, (or III?) trailer I'll continue the comment conversation. Iron Man and the Hulk have fought several times, each of which the Hulk has one. Iron Man has even made special suits called Hulkbusters to combat Hulk. He did put up a good fight each time however. Carnage is my favorite Marvel villan, and it's recently occurred to me that Iron Man could just install sonic projectors in his suit to grab Carnage and blow his head off. Wtf.
