I think he should mention that income taxes are unconstitutional and that congress only has the power to levy a tax that he supports.. an excise tax ("sales" tax) excellent point on corporate taxes... They both point out that it is our system of taxaion, and consumption that is fueling environmental catastrophe. I have not heard any other candidates speak about the environment being linked to our behavior as these 2 have.

Vote Paul;Gravel does not understand. Read "Gold and Economic Freedom" by Greenspan. Written in 1966 before Greenspan betrayed the public (and his own conscience) as the chairman of the Fed by drastically increasing the supply of money thus confiscating the wealth of the citizenry through inflation. America needs to return to limited constitutional government, low taxes, free markets, and a return to sound monetary policies. Our currency needs to be backed by gold and/or silver. Under the current system, the Fed fosters runaway debt by increasing the money supply — making each dollar in your pocket worth less. The Fed is a private bank run by unelected officials who are not required to be open or accountable to the public. Ron Paul 2008
