IRS was a very talented technical wrestler and he should have won the Intercontinental belt at some point in his career. Frankly I got sick of Razor Ramon having it.
A good solid match from both men. Irwin would have had the belt if it wasn't for that stupid referee - he should have been given the write off. I expect he was audited severely for what he did to the tax man. As well he should be.
